"We stayed at this apartment with our young kids after a day at the aquatic centre. When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the rooms. The bathroom had several (pubic) hairs all around the baseboards and tub, toothbrush splatters on the mirror, unswept/mopped floors, etc. I wish I’d thought to take more photos. There were not enough towels, pillows nor blankets for our group. Thankfully, we packed a cooler with snacks since the kitchen is not equipped for meal prep. Perhaps worst...

"Arrived during a power outage... the generator wasn't working.. so all guests were in the dark.. was told I couldnt check in.. waited an hour for the repair man to fix generator to no avail. Then when they finally allowed me to check in, because the internet was down so was the debit/credit machine for incedentals and pet fee.. i was then demanded to give them all the cash I had on hand or else I couldnt check in... not given a solution like here's your room you reserved months ago.. come to...

"I just had an overnight stay at this property & the convenience of the hotel offering a free shuttle service to & from the airport was super convenient. In addition, having a hot, but simple breakfast was also a plus for a quick stay! The front desk staff were also very helpful & friendly!
