"The pool area was overly chlorinated to the point it was hard to breathe. There were no towels at the pool and I saw adults taking towels back to their rooms. Adults who took towels from the pool areas should be fined for not allowing the staff to be able to clean the towels for pool goers. The breakfast was good if you like waffles."

The door automatically closes, and when it did, the lock popped loose from the door. It was eventually fixed the next day. There are a couple of other small things, but in general, it was not a good experience."

"The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lobby and on the first floor, so the atmosphere was unsightly, dirty, and noisy. It is baffling why they charged the full rate for the stay. The breakfast was described as "very good," but this was simply not true. All of this completely ruined the mood."
