"Lokasi bagus, staff yang ramah"

"Nice staff and good amenities"

"Unfortunately, the photos of this resort must have been taken a very long time ago, as they certainly don't reflect its current condition. The resort is quite run-down, which is a real shame because it has so much potential if some time, money and care were put into maintaining it. Our room was clean enough, but the grounds and facilities were very neglected. We arrived on the Saturday of a long weekend to find the pool only half-filled with murky water, the hot tub broken and being refilled,...

"Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration"

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you"

"Just a little dated on the outside, but rooms are nice, clean tidy and have been modernised. I love the later check out of 11 a.m., that is “a nice to have” without asking."

"Booked a 2 bedroom unit and found it to be very poorly maintained. (The lounge outside in the rain was in better condition than the one in our unit.) The water damage was clear and could have been wiped off. Car parks weren’t allocated, instead these were taken up by workers and skip bins for reno’s going on through the day. Booked for 4 nights, cancelled last 3 nights after being there for 15 minutes. Photos are very deceiving but good to see they’re trying to upgrade the other apartments....

"We enjoyed our time here and the central location of the hotel. Breakfast was full of yummy options and the dinner we had at"

"Love the Novotel Hotel close to lake and restaurants good parking and free charging for electric cars. Always clean but I feel it’s getting a bit dated and may need to upgrade the bathrooms. Pool and spa pools always great to use"

"Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again."

"Best stay at Rydges Rotorua! Highly recommend for anyone travelling with kids, pool was lovely, great games room, and to top it off kids under 12 eat free at the buffet - which was the best buffet I have ever been to! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Lovely place. Look forward to coming back."

"The hotel is big, convenient and has amenities. However, the property is very dated."
