"We booked 5 rooms, one of them had sand on the bed, one had a leak in the bathroom but they came to fix immediately, and another one didn't have flat sheet. The hotel is quite old and has moldy smell, elevator is dirt. I would say it's 2 or 3 stars hotel not 5 stars as advertised. The only nice thing ..."

"A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food."
