The best location for the falls (and also good for the walk to the Canadian side). Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was the best in the area by far. A wonderful stay and we’d wholly recommend!

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the morning although no breakfast option. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Room large enough for 3 adults. Easy parking at the hotel. Good value for money. While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun!
When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up.
The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks.
The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...

We only stayed two nights and i wish it could have been more. Super comfortable beds, quiet room, great choices at breakfast and very helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Location wise, it was perfect. Not in the centre, and not far out, with just the right walking distance to the falls, the centre and the rainbow bridge to cross into Canada.

The bar is clean and pretty, breakfast for 20 dollars is self service. Staff in particular lady on front desk are very helpful. Close work to the Falls. Would stay there again.
