Even said free internet, but was not able to connect at all, room has broken furniture, and suspected that there is bed bug in the room because I woke up with bites around my body.

If you want LOW BUDGET with old tattered carpet and don’t mind bugs, this is your home away from home. There is a reason it’s the lowest price place in all of Niagra. So don’t go there and complain. I put two stars not as a complaint but as an honest assessment, for people who haven’t stayed there. I would happily stay there again. But that’s just me.

Bedsheets with holes, few power plugs not working or broken,broken stuff, some stuff not properly cleaned, spiders flying from the shower ceiling, no towels or toilet paper in the washroom, jacuzzi with signs of have been used before and the jacuzzi's mirror completely dirty

Room was absolutely filthy on check in. I am used to motels and am no princess when booking rooms but this place deserves a negative review- by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Hair ALL over the bathroom floor. Flies everywhere inside. Carpet stained all over, ripped all over- partially repaired with duct tape… dirt stains and smears ALL over the walls. Mirrors weren’t even clean at all. Blanket had stains all over it. It’s like they don’t clean the room ever. Our buddy also had a room upstairs from us- exact same situation, so we know it wasn’t just a one off. We both requested our money back and were given a full refund with no hassle- probably the only redeeming part about the entire experience. First time I’ve ever asked for my money back from a place. Would never ever stay nor recommend this place. Awful. I really don’t understand how a business can be run like this.

Absolutely a dump, never again. No TV, ceilings were crumbling with huge dark stains. Just nasty. Even the decent price paid was too much for this trash bin. Stay away. Gross.

Worst experience. It was a nightmare staying in this place. Spiders and cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was not clean. No hot water in bathroom sink.

Moldy rooms, garbage left in room, stained sheets with black smears on them, got a different room with the exact same problems. Left early and was told I'd get a call about a refund for my remaining time and never got a call. Do not stay here. Stay literally anywhere else.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place, less so if you're traveling with children. The staff was kind enough to understand our concerns and issued a full refund but I should've trusted other reviews. This was a horror show, cigarette butts in the A/c unit, blood on the sheets, floor boards coming up, shower with no shower head, used straws left in drawers, trash under the beds. All this after we were told cleaning staff was running behind so we waited an additional hour to check in. Pool is advertised but looks like it hasnt been filled since the 80's. If youre back packing, low on funds and just need a place to crash maybe this will do but not family.
