"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. All that we needed. The breakfast was good and fresh with a good selection and variety. Staff were friendly and helpfull. We used the pool which i enjoyed and my husband used the gym. All good and location was good between Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake."

Everyone does their job so well and happily and we look forward each year to returning to Whiteoaks. The food is well prepared and the helpings are large.

"Time halted as I checked into Riverbend Inn. Nothing prepared me for this story-like stay. Everything was beyond what I'd imagined. The champagne welcome paired well with the immaculate ambiance and warm homecoming welcome. My room was perfection in all its glory! The view of the locks was incredible, and watching ships pass through was such a unique experience - could view right from your own balcony.

"Do not book a room here. There are displaced indigenous people staying here who are sick from water contamination in their homelands. For everyone's sake, book your stay elsewhere.
Had we known this was the current situation at this hotel, we would have booked elsewhere.
Both my 7 year old daughter and husband contracted a stomach virus while staying here Sunday-Thursday.
I thought it was food poisoning, but when I went down to the lobby to work tonight, a young child projectile vomited on...

"For the price you pay, you get the quality you’d expect. The room was clean and had a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was pretty standard, similar to what you’d find in a typical apartment.
The location is also fairly good and convenient. Breakfast wasn’t bad either, they had items like bananas, coffee, tea, jam, and more.
However, they charge separately for parking, which I found a bit strange, especially since they seem to have plenty of parking spaces available."
