On my arrival the guy at the front desk. Has no concept of customer service. I had placed my key card next to my phone which has a magnetic backing. I had alot of luggage with me since i was there for work and for the entire week. I asked him if he was able to check that i hadn't de-magnetized the key card. The annoyed face he made and the reluctance was beyond unnecessary. I explained that as he can see, i had quite a bit of luggage with me and it would suck to go all the way to yhe 6th floor and back down with it if the card didn't work. Next the entire week I was there the TV cable was unwatchable. I called on tuesday afternoon to front desk and explained that the tv was full of static, pixelated and kept on freezing. And also the smart tv casting wasn't work so i couldnt even cast netflix to the either tv's in the room. The front desl explained thay they were having issues with their casting system. However would send a technician up the room. The guy came up pulled on the cables, turned the tv on and off a few time, said he didn't know what the issue was and would have their IT guy come up and fix it in about 30 minutes. No one came back the rest of the week.
