Hotel Murah di Pusat Kota Air Terjun Niagara

"Clean and a nice gym"

"Room could use some upgrade (no microwave). Hallways are very dated, with tape holding down the edges of carpet all along the hallway. Vending machines would be good. “Tuck shop” way too expensive. However, shout out to CoJo at the registration desk. Lovely lady, great representative for your hotel."

"Trying to get a refund. The room still wasn’t cleaned or available at 6:30. We were suppose to be in by 4. Expedia tried calling twice. No one answered the phone because no one was at the desk. We actually arrived at 2:30 pm but couldn’t check in but paid $10 to park there. The place was dirty and very limited staff. The guy at the desk was in a hard position because of the situation. We had to go to another hotel. So I feel we should be refunded."

"Great property! It is conveniently close to everything yet far enough away from all the traffic and activity. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Our room overlooked the street and we could see the casino about a block away. We were traveling with another couple and we enjoyed sitting in the lobby, talking, and having our coffee after a day spent on the Canadian side of the falls. Recommend staying here on your visit to Niagara Falls."

"The front desk folks are extremely rude. I booked a suite for 6, had only two towels and service phone not working. So for every they asked me come comes down to help desk. It was ridiculous and they did nothing to help."

"We stayed in the two-bedroom Cheshire room and enjoyed the hotel’s historic charm. It was a nice place overall, but a few details needed attention. Two of the TV remotes were missing batteries, and the front desk didn’t have the correct size. The kitchen also lacked many of the basics needed to cook and eat, which was disappointing. With a better-stocked kitchen and a little more attention to these details, the stay would have been even better."

"The room was nice, newly renovated with a nice view of the fireworks from Canada side at night. The only problem of the unit is not well maintained, so many loose fixtures. But it’s clean and bed is nice, and beddings are clean/fresh."

"Room looked fine. But noise level was insane. Thin walls. Kids screaming. (They had no volume control). This was late into the night and again at breakfast. I can’t fault the hotel as much for the morning as I do the inconsiderate patrons who let their kids go crazy. But the hotel staff could have been more sensitive to the comfort of their patrons."

"The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!"

"The balcony was very dirty the front of the hotel where you come in was terrible yes they are under construction but was not told until after I made the payment."

"Great for the price!!"

"Breakfast was horrible"
