Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment.
The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them).
The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott property.
The bed was extremely hard I actually had to request an extra blanket just to make it more comfortable to sleep on. Towels were also poor quality, which added to the experience.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop view is beautiful.
But overall, the hotel needs serious improvement. For the price and brand, it was very disappointing.
