Positives: 1) location 2) spacious room 3) Comfortable bed 4) on site manager very pleasant, professional and attentive to needs or issues raised
Negative: internet had intermittent stability, we raised the issue when it happened it seemed resolved later but then happened everyday. We did not care as much as others might because we had a back up personal service that kept us connected. In fairness there was construction going on in the building which may be a special cause that was more impactful to our room.
I do believe they strive to provide a good service so the following are suggestions for them to improve and are not intended as negatives, just simple things to enhance future clients experience: 1) better lighting in stairwell 2) paint or install reflective stripping at the edge of each stair to minimize misstepping when navigating the stairs 3) install fixtures in the shower to place our personal items like soap, razors, shampoo etc.
As a reviewer you may interpret my review as negative , but it’s not. These items I’m suggesting are as one business owner to another just trying to be helpful, because I can tell they really want to give a great experience. If I thought otherwise I would not take the time. When building your brand and business continuous improvement is always part of the internal focus. I will recommend to my friends .
