"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. "I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...

"I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...
