"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

"Filthy room. Stained towels. Hairs in the sink. I had to ask for soap and shampoo. No water cups. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Smoke detector knocked out of the ceiling with wires hanging out. Cigarette burns in the comforter. No table to eat food or work at, so I had to hunch over the end table. "

"I liked my room very much. It had everything I needed, including things I didn't.... blow dryer, fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the linens felt good. I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet."

"Everything from beginning to end was smooth and easy. We felt we had a great value for what we paid. Although we were only dropping in for a night and running out in the morning, during our road trip, we saw how expansive and fresh breakfast was and were very impressed. "The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well...

"The property was dirty, the evening staff was not friendly, the kitchen in the room was out dated , and there was no towels in the room. The carpet in the lobby, hallway, and the room was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel in this area."
