"Staying over night will be fine and you will get the free breakfast in the morning. Extended stay you will have to beg to have your room clean, and based on your race the cleaning staff may or may not show up to clean your room. I asked 3 times and was ignored. Funny story, my bone induction headphones disappeared from my room. The next day I get back from work and they are on the TV stand? Didn't request the room to be clean, so who was in the room?"

"The overall stay was wonderful. Within minutes of restaurants and a Dennys was right next door. The only thing that the light blocking curtains didn't shut all the way. Other than that I would stay agin and i recommend staying there to everyone. Oh, in house breakfast is nice also"

"This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area...

I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse. In addition, the bathroom fan did not work, and there were flies in the bathroom throughout our stay."

"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator.
