This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The construction outside is noisey and restricts easy access. It is centrally located in old town. The hotel has tried to modernize but does need maintenance. Altius Boutique Hotel
I had an air conditioner problem with my room, so the manager approved moving me to a bigger room with no extra charge. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are nice and clean, and I'd definitely come back again.

Baz Tower
