We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nach Anfrage wurde mir zugesagt das es morgen gereinigt wird. Leider blieb es aber dabei keine Reinigung und keiner brachte frische Handtücher, die musste ich mir selber holen. Wegen Corona müsste man sich vorab für die Reinigung anmelden. Was allerdings auch nicht beim Check in erwähnte wurde. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
