The area around it was a little confronting to a solo traveller however we had a small group of 3 that managed it fine. Room was really nice, only got worried when there were 2 leech in the bottom of the shower in the morning"

Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. "This was an incredibly welcoming place to stay. They organized a jeep tour for us which was fabulous and included a boat trip in Trang An. The pool was a God send given the 36 degree heat. We had an early departure for Ha Long Bay, and they provided us a packed breakfast for the trip. Such a caring and friendly place to stay."

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
