My childhood friend and I stayed at your hotel during our two week vacation to Japan. From parking to check-in to dinner to breakfast to check out it was a seamless streamlined experience. The staff was wonderful and the lovely gentleman at check-in was so kind patient and helpful.

The breakfast was good and plentiful.Staff were courteous and helpful. However I was very surprised at how hard the bed was we have not experienced that in the previous 7 nights at various northern Japan hotels. Sleep was difficult along with the loud level of train noise overnight.

青森駅から少し離れている住宅街の中にありますが車での利用であれば全く問題ない立地です。青森駅前の繁華街からタクシーでも¥1,500~¥2,000くらいの所です。ベッドもセミダブルが２つと十分大きいので快適な睡眠が取れました。カトラリーや家電も一通り揃っていますので長期滞在者には助かる内容だと思います。 今回利用させて頂いたお部屋には本来備え付けのはずのタブレットが見当た りませんでした。管理者様との連絡方法もタブレットからのSkypeでしたので聞く事も出来ずにチェックアウト方法が分からないまま「恐らくこの方法でチェックアウトするんだろうな」という勘で「鍵」をお返しさせて頂きました。 あと冷蔵庫を含む家電がチェックイン時に全てOffになっているので、前の滞在者が氷を作られていたりしたら冷蔵庫内の製氷器の中や外が水浸しになっているかも知れませんので確認した方が良さそうです。今回チェックインした際に製氷器の氷が全部溶けて下にまで漏れていました。 ...
