"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless clean, modern, and much more spacious than we expected. The comfortable beds helped us sleep very well, and the fully equipped kitchen together with the washer and dryer made our stay extremely convenient. "Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom has great size and water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lot of different metro stations very close by so moving in Osaka was very easy. Some convenience stores and super market are close. Restaurants not too many. The area of neighbourhood is the only bad side of this place because there are lots of homeless and drunk people around. Also, being so close to the metro has it's downside like the noise, but for us was not an issue...

First, if you travel in Osaka couple or family I DON'T recommend here. Honestly room is small. but for travel yourself or only sleep and go out long time it is good for you. I have stayed by myself,i love it.
Staff was kindly and nice. They try to help customers by korean or english. And at front desk staff always there if you need help, they can help you.
I love hotel location. Very close to subway Shin-imamiya staion and Dobutsuen-mae staion. You can...

"Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka."

"It was within walking distance to Tsutenkaku and mega Don Quijote. The beds were comfortable, and the shared washroom and shower rooms were well-maintained. Staffs were very friendly. The neighborhood can feel a bit rough, with people drinking on the street even during the day, though never threatening"

"Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them."
