"No sleep- homeless groups all around area of property. Upon arrival- police were checking in person to sleep it off. In 12 hours of staying here other guests admitted addiction problems or had police called on them. Large biker gang Had police come and assist sweet lady at front desk and removed unruly people at 2:30 in morning. Unsafe feeling, loud. No sleep"

"Comfortable stay for two nights. Everything was great until check out. It took about five days to resolve a parking charge. I had cancelled the second night and gave back the parking ticket. It took multiple texts over days before I finally got fed up and called to resolve. It took another 15-20 min on the phone being interrogated about what time I was parking and who I spoke with. I already gave them back the parking ticket in the morning so I had no access to the lot the second day/night. ...

"Indoor pool had the kiddos excited, confident location to the Adventure park, and the breakfast was approved by a 7y/o picky eater."

"Staff was extremely nice, room was clean, the people above us were loud kids running around, they upgraded our stay we super appreciated that! Breakfast was good and hot with pancakes, eggs, sausage! Bed was hard but worked! Rooms spacious. Only 15 min from glenwood. Would definitely stay again!"

"All dishes were dirty and sticky kitchen floor, we had to clean them all prior to eating. The rest of the room was OK, just the kitchen needed some extra care. Loved the location."

"The property for price was great. Location also great within walking distance of downtown. Our neighbors we had Saturday night were terrible they kept turning on and off water all night and talking really loudly and just being really rude. But they had nothing to do with the property. Also Sunday morning about 2:30 our whole fire alarm for the building went off which scared the crap out of us. Not sure why it did that there wasn’t a fire my guess was the neighbors we had who didn’t seem like...
