"Arrived to the lamp unplugged, phone unplugged, thermostat broken and air conditioner wouldn’t get cooler than 78 degrees. Shower handle was loose and kept automatically turning to make the water scorching hot. Clean room but clearly things that need to be fixed."

"The hotel was conveniently located just 3 minutes from Deviant Donuts, 8 minutes from Treetop Adventure, and about 10 minutes from the famous Mystic Pizza. "Incredibly expensive, could have spent a whole 4 days in Vegas for the same price. Restaurant was terrible. Paid for tickets for an event that was cheaper to pay for at the door. Sketchy guy outside and tons of cops but no one would listen to me when I told them he was hiding outside. Insanely overpriced, won’t go back again."

"The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...

"I have been here multiple times and this is the absolute last time. The bathroom shower was full of black mold and when staff was notified I was basically shrugged off. Breakfast bar was almost nonexistent and milk was expired in the fridge expected to be used by paying guests. I woke up so awfully congested and with a headache and runny nose and staff could have cared less. Highly disappointed. Shuttle ride to casino was only plus.
