"I had a corner room on the ninth floor. It was supposed to cleaned on the Saturday of my stay, but never was. I was shocked to find the room had two ‘suicide windows:’ no locks and nothing to prevent objects or a person from going out. Those old windows are also why the noise from outside is loud and nearly around-the-clock. The bathroom had neither fan controls of any kind, nor did one run automatically. The water pressure was very uneven and the hot water inconsistent. The thermostat worked...
