"Het is gedateerd, geen koelkast en geen airco. Was erg heet in de kamer. Verder super schoon. Konden niet in restaurant eten volgens de 2 dames in de bediening. Ze deden geen enkele moeite. Volgens henzelf was er gebrek aan personeel. We kregen eerder de indruk dat ze geen zin hadden."

No coffee machine in room but just outside in hallway able to make in the morning after 08:00 as machine is noisy. Lovely breakfast offered - one complete breakfast was enough for both my husband and I. Bought a tuna sandwich to go and it was excellent. There is a bus coming by every hour right in front or nextdoor to go the lake area or to the train station. ...

"Che dire, bellissimo poter soggiornare all’interno del castello di Thun finemente ristrutturato per accogliere le camere di questo boutique hotel. Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. Ottima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, immancabile la treccia svizzera e la possibilità di scegliere tra molti piatti preparati al momento."
