"This hotel fit exactly what we needed. Just a place to sleep before an early flight since it was only an 8min walk away! Although the room is on the small side, the bed was comfy. We really appreciated the AC after a hot summer day in Portugal. We’d come here again!"

"The staff were incredibly kind--especiallythe night manager! He will do anything to take care of you. The location was great because NorteShopping was a two or three minute walk away. And an Uber can get you anywhere in the city in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again next year, but I hope to get a bigger room. My only real complaint was the size of the room and the amenities. Obviously, this is not a luxury hotel, but I am used to having a mini fridge and bathroom doors...

"We had a room on the 9th floor with a balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were not happy with the loud music that was played at the rooftop bar until after midnight on Friday and Saturday. We would expect it to be quiet by 10:00 p.m."

"This was the best hotel and staff that we have experienced in Portugal this year. The staff made the stay amazing, the service was 5 star. The rooms were big, clean and lovely. Comfy beds and a nice shower and bathroom. We stayed multiple nights and even went back again on our way to another adventure. The food was wonderful and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. "While the room itself was aesthetic, my room faced the street and I was awoken every few hours by either pedestrians yelling or a truck as its a high traffic area. I gave it 3 stars because it was a bit noisy, the right side of my bed caved in so I had to sleep on the other side exclusively and lastly, there was some mold in the shower. The staff were really nice however and upon checking in every guest gets a welcome drink which was neat."
