"Stayed 4 nights. Overall, the hotel was just okay for the price, but I wouldn’t consider it a great option for families with young children. The room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, with dust on the coffee machine and counters, and there was dust and hair under the bathroom sink. Housekeeping also did not service our room on the first day, despite us confirming the day before that housekeeping was provided daily. "Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even with dealing with the World Cup and dealing with a national team staying it didn't feel like we were secondary guests. The room had some minor issues like loose electrical sockets and the dishwasher did leak after being used. However the rest of the room was fantastic and you can't beat the view! The Delta is our only choice when we visit Toronto!"
