"They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell"

"Stupidly booked online without looking at the reviews. First of all, the parking lot was bizzare and very poorly maintained. Got out of the car, and was instantly hooted and hollered at by some drunk men hanging off their balcony. Should've taken the hint to run away, but I didn't. When I found the check in, it looked like I walked into a hotel from the 70's- nothing wrong with that necessarily, but the clientele inside were... interesting. "First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn."

"Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. "

"Pictures online did NOT match reality. Dirty room with dust that had been present a very long time. Broken glass pieces on floor. Yellow stained sheets. Shower curtain stunk of marijuana. Daylight exposed through exterior door. Room smelled of mildew. Bugs in the bathroom. Waste of money. Yes it’s a cheap motel but they can afford to actually clean…Also sat at the front desk nearly 10 minutes and called before anyone came to check us in. Would’ve rather slept in our car."

"Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation"

"Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...
