"The hotel was completely misrepresented compared to the listing. The photos give the impression of a peaceful beachfront location; however, in reality the property is situated on a busy strip with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning and starting again shortly after. This made it extremely difficult to relax or sleep, significantly impacting our stay. We were initially placed in a room with a balcony overlooking a car park, which did not match the expectations set by the listing. After raising this with staff, we were moved; however, the new room—although offering a mountain view—was directly on the main road and was extremely noisy. Overall, the hotel is presented as a relaxing, “paradise” destination, but in reality it is more comparable to a loud, party-style hotel. This is a clear misrepresentation of the property and falls well below what was advertised and what we paid for. As this booking was made through Hotels.com, I am asking you to review this case and arrange appropriate compensation. Given the circumstances, I believe a [full / significant partial] refund is justified. I have supporting evidence, including photos and documentation, and would appreciate a prompt resolution."

"I LOVE Blue Sotel. I was here 6 months ago and decided to revisit . This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Aonang. It has a great location, beautiful views, immediate access to tons of restaurants and spas, and a delicious breakfast. The tr is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend!!!!"

"The hotel was great, good location very close to the beach. However, there is barely any street light in the night on the way to the beach. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was amazing. The breakfast was awesome, so many selections and delicious! Two complaining, the lobby is not air conditioning which was pretty hot when weather was hot. The second complaint is the staff didn’t replace your glasses and cups but washed them quickly in the sink and some glasses still look used. Other than these 2 issues, the rest was really good."

"The stay was disappointing. There was a leak in the room during our stay, which already created an uncomfortable situation. On top of that, staff entered the flat using their own keys while we were in the property, without proper notice or coordination. The property itself looks abandoned rather than professionally managed accommodation. During the night, there were loud noises coming from the roof area, despite there being nobody staying above the flat, which made it difficult to rest. Even the supposedly white towels looked dirty, with a greyish and worn appearance. Overall, the experience was below normal standards."

"This is my fourth time at this resort. I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! It’s always the highlight of my holidays and always recommend to others."

"Beautiful resort near a lovely beach. Thai Cooking class was a fantastic father and son learning event. Everyone enjoyed the food they made; apron and recipes rounded out the value and experience! Bond was a great server and helped Chef Ann is the class and made the entire experience ‘top shelf’ Food and drinks at the resort were very good and again service excellent. We will be back!"
