Het is een helemooie accomedatie!! Heel schoon van alles voorzien ruim en heel gezellig!! Prima prijs kwaliteit!! Een heel klein puntj is het warme water bij de douche. Maar dat is ook alles!! Wij hebben genoten!!

Loved the little villas . Beautiful safe private neighbourhood Super close to all tourist attractions s such as eagle and palm beach and the tourist restaurant hub. The beaches are so beautiful. They have little guts to use so you don’t have to rent chairs and no one bugs you to buy anything. house was just as shown in pictures. Had all amenities needed from cookware to dishes, glasses, dish soap etc. Enough towels to support staying a week. Along with beach towels, cooler and chairs for beach! this was perfect during these uncertain times with pandemic with having our own private property and didn’t feel like there was a pandemic other then curfew which was fine. Loved Aruba was our first time everything is so close to drive. So easy to drive there and super safe. And the locals are the most friendly from any island I have been on. Will definitely go back.

The romantic red villa was perfect for us! Very cute, very cozy, clean, and convenient. They had an iron, blow dryer, towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler for our use. All of these came in very handy during our stay. Property manager Jhon was very courteous, helpful, and always available. Location was only a few minutes drive from the beaches as well as the Superfood plaza for groceries and supplies. We loved our stay and we will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience staying Aruba Cunucu Village. We stayed in the Signature Apartment and had plenty of room and it was well maintained and clean. Jhon got us settled in on day one and was super to deal with. We cannot wait to return and will definitely be booking here again!!

Wir hatten die “romantische Villa” , diese ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super und die Gegend sehr ruhig. Was uns sehr gefallen hat. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Perfect stay!!!
Aruba Cunucu Village was amazing!! It was everything we expected and more. Jhon was in touch with us before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful our entire stay.Our Cunucu was adorable, sparkling clean and had everything we needed, iron & board, hair dryer, 2 TV's and our own washer/dryer as well as internet, big private yard and full, well equipped kitchen. We used the pool 2X, it was clean and not crowded at all Great central location (in Noord). I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!!! Wonderful place!!!

Love Cunucu Village
We very much liked the atmosphere at the Cunucu Village. The brightly colored homes were beautiful. The rental met all our needs. So happy it had a complete kitchen. The staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Would definitely stay here again.

Schoon appartement, netjes onderhouden en lijkt als nieuw. Geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het zwembad is toegankelijk tot 10.00 avonds en maakt het dan mogelijk om na zonsondergang nog in het water te genieten.

Well located, less than 15 minute drive to great beaches, we had one of the yellow houses and it was a beautiful property, very well decorated - maybe the sofa needs a deep cleaning but considering that people come from the beach and have kids jumping over etc this is fine - it wasn't a concern to us. Andrea (the host) that lives close to one of the houses was extremely nice with us, always ready to help and provide advices where to eat and buy groceries. The only downsize of the property where the beach seats provided.. were in poor conditions.. although I exchanged a few messages with owner and he took my advice to replace the beach chairs. In a nutshell I will definitely come back to any of the properties listed, next time I will book the green house as Andrea was able to give us a little tour and is magnificent for 4 adults and two small kids !

Great place!
We absolutely loved our stay! These Villas are a perfect getaway from the high rise hotels. It was about a 10 minute drive to the hotel beaches, but there was so much local flare around that we spent almost as much time exploring this area as well as the beach. The lady Andrea that checked us in was extremely helpful and everything was clean and in great shape. When we come back to Aruba, I will definitely want to stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Anlage!
Die Vermieterin Andrea war sehr nett, kümmerte aich mehr als ausreichend um uns. Nur zum check out (es gibt kein Office) erschien sie nicht wie am Vorabend vereinbart. Doch alles spannungsfrei abgewickelt, jederzeit wieder!

Awesome!
If we come back to Aruba, Cunucu Village will be our first choice for accommodation. We are a couple of two and this place was really big enough for us. We also loved the little back yard. We stood here for 8 Nights and missed nothing at all.

Our Little Cottage in Aruba
Our stay at Cunucu Village was a great experience for my family especially when it was our first Villa. The Villa was very spacious and beautiful decor! Rudger and Andrea were very kind and I am going to tell all of my friends and family to book their stay with Cunucu Village when they go to Aruba! They definitely get 10 stars from us! The Little Red House in Noord
A nice quiet villa, clean and comfortable for a family of four. Although not on the beach, close enough to easily drive anywhere to all major sites/beaches. We enjoyed the New Year's party hosted by Rudger! We would come back and stay again.

Great little house. We had a wonderful time and found the accommodations perfect. Loved the privacy and it was only a 15 minute drive to Moomba beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent a house.

Sehr gut!
Das Haus (eines der roten Häuser) befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet (nicht gated oder mit security, weil vermutlich nicht nötig auf Aruba) und ist relativ einfach zu finden. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet genügend Platz, eine kleine Terasse und eine gute Anbindung an die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel (Auto allerdings nötig). Super ist auch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stand uns bei Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist in der Nähe, hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt und wir haben ihn daher nicht genutzt.

Quiet Cunucu Drive to Beach
Wife and I started our 2 week stay in Aruba with 4 night stay at this Cunucu Village. After a long delay with connections in Miami we arrived 3 hours late, luckily Ursella was waiting in front of unit, a welcome site after midnight in middle of nowhere. Our Signature unit had a full kitchen, living room with kitchen bar, bedroom, bathroom, rear sliding door to patio and white landscaping rear yard. Washer and dryer located behind bifold doors next to patio. Bathroom and kitchen appliances and amenities modern. Rental car is a must. Since We missed our rental pickup at airport (close at 11pm) , Ursella rebooked our rental and drove us to the Highrise Palm Beach area for car in AM. No one we talked with had heard of Aruba Cunucu Village (also known as Calbas Residences), and is a 20 minute drive to Palm Beach, Alta Vista chapel is a popular landmark nearby, the experience staying in your own Villa is worth the drive. We enjoyed our stay and recommend!

Thanks for recommending us Stan and appreciating our customer service. We are a brand new accommodation, so not many locals have heard from us yet. We do recommend a car, its actually a 5-8 minute drive to the nearest beach, but its too far to walk.

Cute Bungalow in the heart of Noord
If you’ve already been to Aruba a number of times and don’t care if you are close to the beach, Aruba Cunucu Village is your spot. My 1 bedroom unit was awesome. Not too small where you feel cramped, but big enough to have enough space. I loved how there was enough room to hang clothes or put in drawers and the kitchen/living room area was a perfect size. I loved the high ceilings, the large back patio with chairs and a cute front porch. Pool was only a 1 minute walk from the bungalow. Everything was spotless in the room. The bungalows were maybe 10-15 min. Drive to the Palm Beach high rise hotel area. I enjoyed my stay and will be back again for sure.

Own little apartment
The place is totally remodeled. You do have a private backyard. It's a bit far from the beach if that's where you want to be. Easy to find. The pool is down the street from the "apartment" and not too private. There are a lot of "rules" that they have. No cleaning service. You take out your own trash. They provide 2 sets of towels, they do not bring fresh ones. There is laundry area in your room for you to do yourself if you buy detergent. They also do not provide trash bags which was strange. The area is quiet. We felt safe. They have a security alarm system to utilize if you wish. The assistant is on site if needed. You have your own kitchen area. Folding chairs provided and beach towels, also a cooler. You will need a rental car. they have a smart tv but the processor is very slow it didn't work. They have hot water but no cold water to drink but that may be the island.

Thank you for your 4 star review. We are indeed a vacation rental, so we provide no cleaning services or supplies during your stay, just a basic quantity to get you started. There is a convenient minimarket just outside the residence. The pool is best to use during weekdays when most of the tourist are at the beach and the locals that live in the residence are at work. Water from the tab is never really cold in Aruba, but if you put it in the fridge its perfectly safe to drink. Its actually one of the best waters in the world.

What a beauty! This place was spotless and everything looked brand new. Spacious, roomy, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The staff was very helpful and Rudger helped quickly when I got lost. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We loved the apartment.
Our experience was very good. The apartment was well equipped with all needed household items. Tastefully decorated, quiet location, not too far from the beach. The owners' customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend it. I will happily book again albeit a bigger one when we bring both sons.

Absolutely PERFECT!!!
My Buddy and I ended up at this home at the last minute due to a misrepresentation of our originally booked accommodations. Things usually happen for a reason!!! First of all, the response rate was phenomenal! After spending one night at a resort on Palm Beach, we were left searching last minute for something available IMMEDIATELY! Rudger's reply and communication to get us booked and checked in was awesome! The property representative, Tommy, was on site within an hour to make sure we were taken care of. The home is SPECTACULAR and spotless!! No expense spared in the construction, from the floors to the ceilings, bathrooms, appliances and furniture! Everything is top notch and comfortable. AC is in both bedrooms as well as the living areas, along with ceiling fans. The neighborhood is a quick 5 minute drive from Palm Beach directly off of Rte 3. Keeps you away from the crowds but extremely convenient to get back and forth. There is gas, many restaurants and a small grocery store not far from the property along Rte 3 so your are not far from anything that you may need. The neighborhood pool is almost right across the street so it takes less than a minute to walk to it. Very secure and clean. Tommy was very attentive and made himself available to answer any questions when needed.... although there really wasn't anything left out or overlooked that required his attention. I will definitely be back to Aruba in the future and I can not see any reason to look elsewhere for a renta
