Love this hotel but this stay was disappointing only because the sheets were so rough. It was like they were air dried. Not comfortable at all.

Omni Louisville Hotel

Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr by IHG
Staff. Multiple housekeepers attempted to open our door when we clearly had the “do not disturb” sign on the door. The first time around 9:45am, second time around 10:25am. Checkout wasn’t until 11am. If we hadn’t had the door stopper, the would have fully opened our door. Room was very nice though ...
