"It was a nice stay. A simple room with no frills. the beds are full size, not queen."

"It was a great stay with one exception. We had an ADA room. The shower floor, which probably was once a very good no-slip surface, was very slippery. If I hadn’t had the safety bars to hold onto the entire time, it could have been interesting. I’m mentioned this at check out. BTW - this isn’t just an issue at this property - it’s happening more and more as we travel. The average hotel could save itself some immense liability issues by simply providing a “Rubbermaid” style mat with suction...

"The room was clean enough I guess. Definitely could have been better. The door between the living room and bedroom had a door handle but no bolt so the door couldn't be closed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and they filled the gap with silicone, the beds had very lumpy mattress pads on them and the mattresses were very stained. We were only given 3 sets of towels for a room that sleeps 6. The pool was never open so we didn't get to use it. The common areas werent the cleanest....

"Front desk staff is extremely rude, was treated like complete garbage, tried to explain my situation and they did not care told me to take it up with corporate. I would definitely stay away from here unless last resort"

"Staff was super helpful, the place is a little run down but the room I had was remodeled and modern. The walls are thin so you will hear someone IF they are yelling, blasting music or the TV."

"The room while older was very clean. There was a slight odor when I first went in, maybe from the carpet. There are tons of food and shopping options nearby. Very convenient location to get to and from the airport. I would stay here again."

"We stayed there for two nights..we received our room it was a heavy smell of cigarettes…mind you I asked for a non smoking room.. so I went to front desk requested another room it was the same…the bed back board had hand prints all over it.. yeah gross! The tub was dirty.. the location was hood like.. over all experience was not good"
