"A wonderful weekend"

"We loved the resort and there were many things to do. It was very clean. Our room was perfect and very clean, however the toilet did run continuously the entire time. I can’t really complain bc we didn’t report it. The main issue was the fire alarm that went off during our first afternoon. The alarms were blaring and it was saying to evacuate immediately, which we did take the stairs all the way down. We got to the lobby level and nobody seemed to know what was going on. "Clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. The only things were the AC was a bit wonky and the one luggage cart we got at check out was horrible, it definitely needed some wheel maintenance as you couldn't hardly steer it with out hitting the walls."

"Housekeeping never came after complaining for 3 days about hair in the sink and tub during my wedding weekend."

"We stayed here while in town for our son's Navy CPO pinning ceremony. The hotel was very nice! Room was clean and spacious. Having the onsite coffee market and restaurant were really nice amenities. The location was also very nice. The only complaint I have was I thought $30 a day for parking was really high considering the cost of the stay."

"Very loud!! Vehicles with backup sound makers in and out all night. Could hear neighbors talking and the TV all night. Not a very enjoyable stay. Lucky it was just 1 night before we boarded a flight."

"The only thing I wish they would change is the shuttle service. It’s only for those who park at the hotel. Yes the cruise port is just a walk away but who wants to walk to and from the hotel with all that luggage! I would have been happy to pay the hotel for ride to the port instead of a Lyft. Other than that the stay was great."
