"This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!! "

"Nothing was too much trouble and communication was first rate. The space was exceptionally clean, if just a little on the small side. The shower/WC room was very small. There were just tiny details about the room that could be addressed and sorted out really easily (toilet seat needed fixing, fridge door hinges needed fixing etc).
