"I made the reservation. I didn’t paid right away but I gave my card info. they didn’t contact me before cancel my reservation when I came to get the room they said they give the room to someone else. I end up paying 800 dollars for one night sleep an hour from Chicago. Not fair!!!"

"The whole place smells and is very damp. My husband's wallet which is brown leather was water stained on the inside because it was so moist in the hotel. The bed felt wet due to the moisture"

"Very neglected property throughout, inside and out. None of the external doors and stairway doors were ever locked, all supposedly required key card to enter! Security concern for a single female. Entire property stank of urine no matter where you were, no hot water, not even tepid enough to take a shower, you had to pay for shampoo and conditioner, only got a couple bars of soap. Had to pay extra to have a refrigerator in my room. Could connect to wi-fi but that did not provide internet...
