"Beautiful and wonderful property. 2nd stay here and can appreciate that the place hasn’t changed or downgraded. Wonderful staff. Free bottle of champs for my bday. Beautiful beach view and stunning view from my room. The spa needs updating. It wasn’t very lux, wasn’t clean. The showers had hair and dead gnats on the ceiling. The hot tub had foam on top of it indicating the water was not clean. The state of the spa is a direct contradiction to everything else in this hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious and VERY clean for someone like me that travels with bleach spray and shower shoes this place was as clean as my stays at Ritz and Four Seasons. The spa needs to be upgraded to match the rest of the hotel. I loved the hallways are beautiful and clean and smell like perfume or spa scent. Great precursor for entering your breathtaking and clean room. I loved everything about this hotel except the spa which I would never use again. I booked my spa experience elsewhere but decided to go to the hot tub and steam room for relaxation…the spa is dingy and disappointing compared to the hotel. Oh yes and the bar food is top notch . The shrimp dish is chef’s kiss. All the staff here are AMAZING. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and bday weekend !!!!"
