"The room floor was disgusting, never been mopped. Our feet were filthy. The towels were stained pink. The plugs in room 1 did not work. The stove was nasty. There was blonde hair all on the closet floor ( I am African American with brown hair). The floor entirely smelled of a horrible smell. The only tv that worked was in the living room area. There was no more remotes that worked for the other tvs. The hostess said there weren’t any more rooms to move to."

"The room was clean, and the woman who checked me in was very kind and sweet. Unfortunately, checkout was a different experience. I was charged $30 for a late checkout until 1 p.m. and left around noon, but there was no flexibility even though the property seemed empty. The checkout staff was not very friendly, which left a disappointing final impression."

"From the time I booked the reservation to the end, hotel staff was in constant communication. Ensuring my needs were met. Response time was fast, despite the hour of the day. I had originally booked to stay at another hotel, but saw the ratings of cleaniless, and made the switched. I wasn't disappointed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay."
