"Room was clean, although the website said the pool was open from May/September. Upon trying to use the poop that was filled, we were told that it didn’t open until the end of the month. We were there on May 14th. "

"No free, freshly brewed coffee in the lobby in the morning? Most chains offer that. At almost $800 a night don’t want to have to buy at Starbucks. And barely any amenities in the room -very disappointing!"

"The manager and staff were ultra helpful to us. One of two examples: We left our luggage early at the front desk and (unknown to us) accidentally left behind a cell phone in the checked bags. We thought shortly afterwards that we lost the cell phone entirely. The staff offered, without being asked, to search the lobby and front desk area to find it. They did so cheerfully! We found our cell in the checked luggage soon after, and still they remained cheerful and understanding of our mistake....

"The rooms were noisy from outside noise. Even on the 8th floor I felt I could hear everything outside. The hallway was pretty quiet. The ac was very noisy making loud pop and cracking noises followed by several propeller engine sounds. The bed for me was terrible I actually ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed 2 of 3 nights."

"Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. "
