"The hotel is modern, stylish and incredibly well-maintained. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Center City, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and cultural sites. The staff was truly exceptional friendly, professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and seamless. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was very cozy. We loved the motion lights on the side of bed, when you get out of bed to go to the bathroom at night, the lights will turn on (dim lights). I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Cent City to anyone visting Philadelphia. We definitely be back!"
