"Restaurant staff (waitress) was simply rude and not helpful. Not sure why water is not offered to everyone checking in - I was not offered any. Checkout person was really good/positive/helpful."

"We had someone banging on our room door at 1am, had to call guest services to get it sorted out. Joanna at the checkout desk apologized profusely the next morning and provided breakfast vouchers for us A replacement taxi was ordered when some else claimed the first cab that was ordered, and to say that the ride to the cruise ship terminal was hair raising would be an understatement. You might want to consider using a different cab company."

"I like the location. The room it's okay I like the bed and the pillows but this room did not work the AC when we first got there and I got to call the receptionist to send maintenance and it was bad cause a have a baby ready for night time. Luckyly the maintenance was quick and the rest was good. I notice the carpet on the hallway is dirty kinda old I mean it's not all bad also parking charge I think is cheap and the included breakfast it's nice. Staff is very attentive and bilingual. Big plus...

"We had a problem waiting over an hour for their airport shuttle after calling the hotel. Another hotel van felt sorry for us waiting and picked us up. Then after a nice dinner at the hotel their smoke alarm, which was deafening in the room, went off three times in the evening. It was very disturbing and not sure why it couldn't be resolved the first time. Elevators were shut off and I felt very anxious and unsafe on the 10th floor. No all clear was ever called. I tried calling the desk to check...

"Hello...I was very impressed with just how beautiful the grounds were ..so close to a main road and at the same time it was quiet and the room was totally spotless. The bed was comfortable. Going home to New Jersey after our stay made the end of out trip wonderful. I was born and raised in that area and I never knew the hotel was there. I will tell my friends visiting New Hampshire about your accomadations. Thank you and we will surely visit again."

"The room was immaculate and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is perfect. Blocks from the Old North Church and 0.5 miles from Faneuil Hall. The view was lovely."

"POSITIVES: Breakfast choices were reasonable for a continental breakfast Beds were comfortable but our room was in the process of being renovated Staff was helpful NEGATIVES: - The property is a MOTEL (not a hotel) and this is clearly stated on the sign leading to the property - There is NO RESTAURANT on site despite the Expedia ad saying there is - The motel is located next to a very busy highway on one side and a much quieter street on the other. Our room was on the busy highway side...
