"The whole hotel is tired. Carpets dirty, rooms very old fashioned. Shower head did not work. AC was very loud. Ground floor room and widow doors did not lock properly. Breakfast inedible. Reception staff very polite and friendly"

"When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. I thought they had a better than average breakfast buffet with a good selection. I had their egg white omelet, sausage links and a some oatmeal. They have the coffee machines that grind and brew, so coffee was great with a good selection of creamers and sugar. I would choose that as a stay again near the twin cities."

"I stayed 2 nights and was charged double the cost. I’ve yet to get in touch with management."

"The hvac unit in our room was very noisy. It made a high-pitched whine. I asked via text if they could look at it. No one did. The carpet in our room was old and looked dirty. It did seem that they were in the middle of remodeling, updates, so hopefully those things will be fixed. The front desk staff was friendly."

"No hair dryer in the room, asked at Front Desk and their response was only that some rooms have them, some don't. Reservation for 3 adults and towels provided for just 2 people - asked and Front Desk didn't seem to understand that each adult requires their own bath towel. Bed sheet with hole in it - clearly visible when bed was made. Housekeeping inconsistent. One day missed completely. Another day the bathroom was done but bed not made."

"Clean, good price for location, comfort, scale, amenities. In walking distance of recreation in Maple Grove, accommodating bar and restaurant for convenience. Was great for an anniversary get away. Nice room for price."

"The ac didn’t work in one part of our room They did comp us an extra room but with 5 people we still had to use the hot room. So when it’s 80 degrees it’s not great"

"Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...
