"I had to switch rooms three times. The first room smelled like urine, the second smelled like a wet dog the refrigerator didn't get cold and the toilet didn't flush right. Finally I slept in the third one. The reservationist was nice but the rooms really are needed some refurbishment extra cleaning etc."

"Dirty room, dirty bed sheets, super dirty floors, restroom had a pungent piss smell, and of course the ultra pungent smell of cigarettes and skunk although we all know they weren't skunks."
