"The Colony is as iconic as described. The lobby and poolside restaurant were smaller than anticipated by seeing pictures, but that was not a big deal to us. The staff was so friendly and always eager to help with anything needed. The beach butler setup was darling, just as pictured on the hotel website! The house car took us to and from shopping and dining. It is decorated so beautifully, I can't say enough great things about the hotel! Loved our visit! "

"Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. "
