"The room was perfect. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The staff, from reception to restaurant wait people and Spa attendants were very gracious and welcoming. We could not have had a better experience overall.
One note, however, the Jackalope kitchen was under repair so the menu was somewhat limited and our breakfast arrived cold. When we mentioned it to our waiter, he was very apologetic and we were not charged for the meal. I am sure once all the renovations are completed...

"Simple mountain lodge hotel room but with great staff and amazing outdoor amenities. My favorite part might have been the comfy rockers on the balcony that overlooks the mountains and nearby stream but there were lots of other outdoor areas for gathering to relax and enjoy the mountains. Very friendly staff that are super helpful and knowledgeable for exploring the area. "

"Check in with Jason was perfect. And Jason personally checked in with me throughout the weekend.
He recommended several delicious places to eat.
The free breakfast was wonderful.
Overall it was a wonderful stay. My family and I will be returning for another stay.
