"Property was high scale with character. The printer in the guest area was inoperative and gentleman at front desk was non apologetic and was abrupt saying “it’s broken!” No help at all like “I am sorry, maybe I can print you boarding pass on the front desk printer” Also property is advertised as having parking but only has 5 spots on first come first served. The staff did not offer options where else we could park. We had to figure out street parking rules on our own and park in a sketchy part...

"This is a 10 out of 10 and an affordable hotel especially in the bronx. The train station is 2 blocks away to go to the city and a bus stop as well. Public transportation is accessible. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt when i 1st booked i was hesitant to go to the bronx. I'm SO GLAD I did it's sooooooo affordable i wish I've known about this hotel earlier on. I was staying in Manhattan and my gosh it was so expensive but this place rooms are spacious, clean, microwave and fridge...

"I had to clean the bathroom (I usually just do a light wipe down) however this time I had to get to work! The staff were amazing and I wish breakfast had a meat option!"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything so that I didn’t worry. They even went so far as looking for matches to help me light my daughter’s birthday candles. We will return and plan to visit Aloft Hotels in the future."

"Ich war sehr positiv überrascht von diesem "Kapsel-Hostel". Die Ankunft, der Check-in und auch mein Zimmer/die kleine Kapsel waren sehr sauber. Ebenso die Badräume im Zimmer selbst auch im Flur. Für mich war die Geräumigkeit samt Gepäck vollkommen ausreichend für einen Trip in New York. Gut gelegen, ca. 500m bis zur Ubahn, Central Park direkt gegenüber. Eine preiswerte Bleibe für einen Citytrip. Morgens gab's Bagels, Obst, Kaffee und Tee gratis als Frühstück. Ich kann es sehr weiterempfehlen."

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Close to everything. Great staff, great room, great proximity. Train next door did not bother us at all. Blended in with the sounds of NYC! Would stay here again. Our room was late by about 30 minutes with being ready, but we are flexible and know things happen. Worth the wait for the cleanliness that was provided."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The only disadvantage is that it lacked a fridge. Once in a while we heard sirens in the area. The hotel is closed to a train / subway station, two stations away from Times Square."

"Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. Not much for amenities, but didn't come for that :) "

"Room was a mess. Dirty , light made a noise all night and shower didn’t work. Got there late at night so I had to settle for somewhere to sleep. When issue was addressed I was told no manager was on site and nothing probably would be done to accommodate "

"It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming."

"The hotel is very good, especially considering its location in the Bronx. It has very easy access to public transportation, which is a big plus. My only issue was with the room temperature—the room was quite hot, and although the air conditioning was set to 62°F, it did not seem to cool properly. Additionally, I found it unnecessary that guests receive a phone call at 10 a.m. to remind them that check-out is at 11 a.m. Overall, a good stay, but a few small improvements would make it even better."
