"My experience at this hotel was subpar. Rooms were nasty. Towels stink. Tried to get new towels, no answer when you try to call room service, or front desk. My daughters bed had blood stains. The shower curtain was stained.
We switched rooms after finding the blood stain.
Honestly, the staff was nice when you spoke with them at the desk, but it wasn’t a nice experience overall."
