"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!"

"Will definitely be staying again next time we are in KC! The restaurant was excellent too!"

"Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road."

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

"Best place to stay. The guy who works breakfast area was friendly and helpful"

"I just wanted to say that I will be staying there again when I travel hotel staff is excellent. Very customer focused and very friendly."

"Well stay wise was ok. One the breakfast you pay for so add another 20 bucks to your stay each day. My complaint was no hot water in the morning day of check out. If I could have I would have changed my stay"

"The room was clean and overall clean hotel"

Bed was very comfortable, and it was a nice quiet location with plenty of grassy areas to walk my dog around. Really nice to have the full fridge and freezer available in the separate full kitchen to store my food items. A lot of interesting memorabilia and photos in the house as well. A few things...

"Far enough from the freeway to get a peaceful rest."
