"I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine"

"Staff was great. The room was spacious. Unfortunately the cleanness not so great. Our room had used dirty rags in the kitchen area when we arrived. The floor was dirty was well. During breakfast, the biscuits were cold, the toaster dirty, and the drinks fountain had mold…"

"Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

"The only good things about that hotel is the staff and the lobby. The rooms and the elevator are dirty."
