"This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. I booked this property out of necessity after my flight was cancelled and I urgently required accommodation for the night. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell multiple times and received absolutely no response. Another guest was also present, and we were both left standing outside with no communication or assistance whatsoever.
