The room had a stale smell, a bug and a spider in my room. The sink was clogged. Nothing about this property shows cleanliness. Will not ever stay at this property."

"We had to switch rooms after the 1st nite. Our toilet was broken and not flushing, the room heater and fan was making noises, the room had a bad smell like urine or mold. The shower curtain was ripped, the room had peeling paint as did the whole place. This hotel is is bad need of an upgrade, paint, grout, new carpet. "

"I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated."

"Amazing and friendly staff. Clean room but few concerns like gas knobs are ‘loose’, kitchen sink was clogging (quickly resolved after a request to Neil, the receptionist), bad quality ladle and spatula, dishwasher had some dirt, not so good WiFi. Apart from these things it was a wonderful stay."

"I booked this hotel for a two-night stay but checked out around 5 AM the first night because the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was not just unclean—it was clearly not serviced at all. The sheets were stained and not properly fitted. The floors were visibly dirty with debris throughout, and none of the surfaces appeared to be wiped down. "The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future. "

"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items.
