"Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating"

"We were given a room with two queen beds. The room itself was nice and large, initial impressions were good. But then things went downhill. The room was cold, so we turned off the air conditioner. For some reason that immediately caused water to come flooding out of the light fixture near the door to the room (inside the room) which resulted in water all over the floor (and not just a few drips, it was a fair amount if water that then had to be mopped up). The guy on the front desk seemed...

Having to sleep in separate bed from your wife on vacation... Imagine being stuck in a room with an unhappy, irritated partner when you ensure you ordered a king suite and got double beds...."

"This was a vacation without going overseas! The staff was absolutely amazing! The pool, the hot tub, the fish, the arcade and the slide made the most wonderful staycation!! There are so many good restaurants around- for all taste profiles! Honestly recommend if you’re stopping or staying in London!!"

"We only stayed one night but we were very happy with our choice! Super clean, our room had a kitchenette with a microwave,bar fridge and keurig with coffee pods! The bedroom was separate from the living room and there was a set of French doors separating the 2 rooms. You could access the bathroom from both the bedroom and living room. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The staff were super helpful and kind and went out of their way to see we were happy. Very satisfied and pleased!"

"The room was very dirty. Blood on the toilet seat, spots on the mirror. Carpets were very dirty Only 1 elevator working When we went to leave the parking lot on Sunday morning, someone had left 2 containers of joints under our windshield wiper. I’d prefer to spend more money on a room and have regular updates done"

"Sorry, sad outfit from what i am used to for Days Inn Property is run down, lack of any bath hand or face towels Tv is a complex game to get anything. Obvious the check-in system terribly flawed, feel awful for staff Even at the price we paid, was too much and would look elsewhere Sorry Dont like to say negative, and extremely rare that i do, but disappointing."
