"Street parking can be difficult in the area. Hotel location is not in the best neighborhood. There is an underground garage nearby that charges roughly $25. The hotel is relatively new and has a large breakfast dining area. The lobby has a market and free coffee/tea/hot water."

Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. "Not my first stay there. I love everything about the hotel including my room view. My only disappointment is it not having hotel parking for guests. Finding a park on the street can be very challenging especially on weekends."

Upon entering my room (Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible), I found the following: Safety & Maintenance: The AC system made loud, alarming noises resembling fireworks when activated. Additionally, the television depicted only static. Cleanliness & Upkeep: The floors were filthy, mirrors were stained, and both the carpeting and furniture were heavily worn and marked. Plumbing Issues: The toilet ran constantly, the shower/bath nozzles were rusted, and the water pressure was virtually non-existent"
