"This was the absolute worst EXPEDIA EXPERIENCE!!! I booked an additional day for my stranded driver - the name on the reservation was incorrect - I caught the error within a few minute - EXPEDIA NOR THE HOTEL would make the correction and honor the reservation- NEITHER WOULD THEY REFUND THE RESERVATION WITH THE WRONG NAME!!!! Now I wouldn’t be so upset if the app didn’t ask to repeat the stay - I clicked and paid and there lies the problem. I will never book with either of them again. DO BETTER!!!"

"We stayed for a concert in Charlotte. I would say the receptionist was brief and hurried. Only told us about what time breakfast was. My card declined because I answered questions caring on pin pad, and she very loudly announced to the whole lobby that it was declined. I reinserted and it was fine. I work at a 5 star resort. This is not how we do things "

"Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet for a Saturday night. Pool water was warm and there were towels readily available."

"Reserved a room in advance and with no prior warning, I arrived to the location and was told they were "sold out" of rooms even though I paid and Reserved my room in advance. The lady at the desk told me she called me and canceled my reservation but that was a lie and I did not receive a phone call and my reservation did not show up at canceled at any point even now a day later it does not show as canceled. Every other hotel around was completely sold out so I had to drive to a different city to get a room double the price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because they should not allow you to reserve a room only for them to tell you upon arrival they don't have one for you. The front desk is also shut off with metal shutters which I can tell she was hiding behind just to not have to talk to disappointed guests. They make you talk to them through a phone right beside the shut off front desk while they're hiding behind it which is really unusual."
